Built-in cooling fan system (Tangential cooling fan)ELBA products (select models) are fitted with a special cooling fan that lowers the surface temperature the user comes into contact with, such as the control knobs, door handle, and oven door glass. Lowering the overall temperature of exposed areas makes the kitchen environment more comfortable for the user and preserves kitchen furniture that may be in contact with the appliance. Apart from lowering the temperature, the heat inside the oven is preserved to minimize consumption and maximize overall efficiency of the oven cooker.
